ESCAPE is a massage studio located at the beautiful Piscine de Redange. Our aim is to improve people’s well-being through various manual therapies.
We accommodate a wide range of clients, from children to the elderly, as well as pregnant women and athletes. Our clients can access our facilities through the sauna or as external clients. We also work in close harmony and synergy with the Piscine de Redange.
Our massages
The manual therapies we provide are individually tailored to the needs of each person. We offer the following massages: relaxation, hot stone, Californian, Ayurvedic postural yoga, Thai, LomiLomi, Kobido, reflexology, pregnancy massage, neck and back massage and 3-zone massage. In addition, we also propose a daily scrub, ideal to combine with a massage and/or a pleasant sauna or hammam session.
Relaxing Massage
A gentle tapping therapy that relaxes the body. This technique is recommended for those who wish to free themselves from the stresses of everyday life.

Hot Stones Massage
This massage can be suited to the person’s preference in terms of pressure, as it can be done gently as a relaxation massage, or worked on a deeper level relaxing the muscles, always with the use of our sacred hot stones.

Californian Massage
This is a massage performed with long, fluid and harmonious movements similar to the waves of the sea. This therapy mainly helps to improve blood circulation, relieve daily tension and reduce stress.

Ayurvedic Yoga Postural Massage
This is a relaxing massage inspired by the Indian traditions of Ayurveda and Yoga. This technique, which restores elasticity to the spine, uses movements, flexions and twists that are perfectly harmonised with each other, allowing the body to stretch and warm up. The technique can be performed with the hands and with the feet, depending on the case.

Thaï Massage
It is a massage dedicated to people who like a stronger massage, as in the case of Ayurvedic massage, stretching is done and can be done with the hands and feet. It is a massage in which twists are included if the conditions allow it.

Lomi-lomi Massage
This massage is performed with a variety of movements of the thumbs, hands, fist, forearms and elbows in order to draw wide kneading and smoothing movements in a rhythmic and fluid way, which simulates a “wave” effect in the body by releasing areas of the body blocked by tension. This massage is sometimes nicely called “the massage dance” and is as wonderful to receive as it is to give.

Kobido Facial Massage
The Japanese technique of this massage rejuvenates the face in a non-invasive way. It is a completely natural alternative where only the hands are used, performing gentle and deep manipulations. Although its use is most often known for the beauty and youthfulness it can bring, it also helps people who suffer from facial paralysis or bruxism.

Foot Reflexology
This is a foot massage that relieves stress. During this technique, certain reflexology points can be pressed, i.e. points that represent another part of the body, using a small wooden or jade stick and special oils. This method is not recommended for pregnant women.

Pregnant Woman Massage
This is a relaxing massage specially designed for pregnant women, which is performed lying on the side to promote rest and revitalization. The focus is on the massage of the lower limbs and back. Essential oils are not used for this type of massage.

Scrub of the day
A gentle massage using circles of salts, sugars or clay and essential oils. The gentle scrub helps prepare the skin for better absorption of the oils applied later, bringing luminosity to the skin. Perfect to combine with Sauna, Hamman or one of the many Massages.
