Its founder, Mary Chanot, aims to offer well-being through the art of massage, a path she has been following since 2006.
Her studies in antropology have allowed her to broaden her human skills, her psyche, her language, her physiognomy and her culture. As a result, she has also been able to provide holistic service and support to people by doing what she has always been passionate about.
Mary later expanded her training by studying l’anatomie et les liens avec le corps anatomy and the relationship with the human body and she also trained in the different disciplines of yoga and Pilates, which she was able to teach to children, teenagers, adults and the elderly.
Mary has specialised and enriched herself in the different therapies in various parts of the world, including Venezuela, Thailand, Italy and Spain.
The masters who have influenced her most are those of Ayurveda, Thai massage and osteopathy.
All of her training has been a source of inspiration for the creation of ESCAPE, a massage studio where one can allow him or herself to reconnect with the present, with oneself and with nature, while floating on a cloud of relaxation in the hands of a professional wellness therapist.
