- You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your reservation within minutes, with more information about payment.
- Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive the gift voucher by e-mail within 24 hours. You can also pick up the gift voucher at our establishment by booking an appointment.
If you have a gift voucher, just indicate it in the “notes” box when you book your massage session online.

Terms and conditions of sale and cancellation (gift vouchers):
- Gift vouchers are personal and non-transferable.
- Gift voucher holders can select the massage(s) of their choice from our entire offering. Reservations are accepted online using the reservation form provided for this purpose.
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months. The validity date begins on the date of shipment and not on the date of purchase.
- All cancellations or schedule changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to the session time, otherwise the gift card will be considered lost. Gift vouchers are not refundable or valid for a longer period of time, except with a medical certificate or in the event that we are unable to provide the service.
